Pictures? We’re trying
I am not very tech savvy. In my last year of graduate school at the University of Missouri, I was exposed to a few of the earliest desktop microcomputers. I owned one of the early Radio shack TRS models and we spent somewhere around $3000 just for a software package to do basic accounting. Since those days I have not kept on the leading edge of this explosion of technology and as you know it doesn’t take long to become obsolete.
I got a digital camera as a gift, now we are going to try to use it. We had a new calf this past week. This is from a new heifer in a group of 9 that we are allowing to calve in late winter through early spring. Most of our other calves are summer or early fall which I like better. Anyway, this calf is up and going and even sniffing the hay crumbs.
Also, here is a picture of our greenhouse cleaners. We use them to clean up bugs, weed seeds, plant parts, etc in our back greenhouses. They leave a little fertilizer too. The best benefit is the fresh brown eggs with nice dark yolks derived from the high quality green hay we feed them along with the grain pellets.

These are great photos, keep it up! Are you calving now to be able to offer beef more often during the year? Or to try finishing on a different diet?
I love that you have a blog! By the way, we have really enjoyed the beef! Yummy!
