How To Cook A Grass-Fed Burger or Slider

For starters, you can make great burgers with just the beef. (If you have a recipe that calls for some additions of vegetables, sauces, spices, eggs, etc. then go ahead and add that as usual.) So let's get to our recommended steps:

  • Cook the burgers only turning one time.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, or Montreal Steak seasoning.
  • Do not over cook past medium well.
  • Do not press with the spatula to squeeze the grease out. That is where the flavor and the good Omega 3’s are.
  • To avoid raw or undercooked centers, make as thin of a patty as possible. For your guys who want lots of beef in the burger, give them 2 or 3 patties instead of one extra thick one.
